The Second Inspection

The Second Inspection

Besides my finger that is still throbbing from a sting received while setting up another hive last night {ouch}, I’m elated! The inspection went extremely well (I think). Saw:

● Eggs
● Larvae
● The Queen (marked with a white dot)
● Capped brood
● Lots of pollen

The Second Inspection

A… 2nd Inspection

The data during the inspection shows a sharp drop for obvious reasons: I take the top off and a hive body that is holding the sugar syrup. The weight profile looks unusually flat because the scale has changed with that new data. The scale changes automatically depending on the data range being displayed.
